This print started with Lawrence Weiner, one of my favorite conceptual artists — I've always admired how a simple phrase, in his hands, could feel alive. What drew me in most were his flourishes: the marks and accents that gave words movement and weight, less decoration than punctuation for emotion. To honor him on the anniversary of his passing, I'm releasing a limited print built from those same flourishes.
