More Than Just Living.

How do you revitalize and reimagine the idea of modern urban living? Today, people are after more than just four walls and a place to hang their hat. They crave a space as unique as what surrounds it. They are after a life of accessibility, experience, and the opportunity to interact. They are thirsty for instant gratification, no matter what that may be. To live life at a moment's notice and to have something much grander at their doorstep.

At Fountain Place, we are after providing our tenants the opportunity to do just that. We have built a beacon to bring together those like-minded individuals. We want to deliver on the wants and needs of the individual in a much deeper and broader sense. But we have created much more than just that, what we have built is...

Creative Direction, Strategy, Awareness Program

A Bright Campaign.

We have designed a campaign that stands out from the expected residential living tri-fold or transit bench advertisement. By using a bright and dynamic color scheme as a visual nod to the energy of the property, we would break the visual noise that most passersby would tend to ignore. These unexpected blasts of color on the landscape, reinforced with bold yet straightforward headlines, would engage the reader, driving them to question and find out for themselves what exactly this property has to offer.

Live As Art.

Due to our unique location, we are at the epicenter of experience, including retail, nightlife, restaurants, and culture. But what else do we have that other properties dont? We have the promise of "Live in Art," which we want to be a focus on delivering to our current and potential residents. We sit adjacent to the thriving Dallas Arts District, Gallery Row, as well as being situated dead center amongst the best museums the city has to offer. We want to bring this creative culture into the lives who chose to call our property home.

Community Partnerships

Dallas Museums

The Fountain Place property will set in place partnerships with our surrounding museums to bring truly unique experiences to our residents.

  1. Access to deals on memberships

  2. Access to early ticket sales and on-site special events

  3. Access to Fountain Place only events

Dallas Art Walk & Gallery Row

The Fountain Place property will physically bring the art world to its doorstep. We will participate in the Third Thursday Art Walks, making us an active participant and destination for community building and awareness for both the property and the art community.

  1. Once a month, we will turn our main lobby into a month-long rotating exhibition space with the help of a local gallery curator.

  2. Utilizing the galleries inventory, we will be able to decorate open model/show units, making them individual and uniques spaces. These units could, in turn, become smaller gallery spaces to participate in the Art Walk experience until rented.

The Courtyard

During the summer months, The Fountain Place Courtyard will be turned into an outdoor communal event space. This will allow for occupants of both the residential and commercial buildings to come together, interact, and unwind. This space will also be a place the invites the outside community to participate.

  1. Live Music

  2. Outdoor seating

  3. Experiential space for Art Walk and other exhibits

  4. Markets

  5. Community mixers

Awareness

We will utilize OOH, local media buys, and social platforms to help drive awareness for The Fountain Place property as well as interest from the public. Our primary channel, however, will be social platforms to grow and better inform both our current residents and the broader market of potential renters.

Outward-Facing Social

Our outward-facing content will help attract new potential residents. This will showcase unique, well-curated, and on-brand subject matter to inform and entice the community of our offerings.

  1. Video Walk-Throughs of our available units

  2. Personal introductions/interviews with our sales agents

  3. Current neighborhood offerings (retail, nightlife, restaurants, and culture)

  4. Future neighborhood offerings (what's coming)

  5. Community open events hosted on or by the property

  6. These examples of content allow the veil to be pulled back and to become more personal to the viewer.

By showcasing the inner workings of the property will help the public understand how we are building a better community for our current and future tenants.

Inward-Facing Social

Our inward-facing content will help keep our current tenants informed of upcoming resident-only events, perks, and experiences. As well as keeping them up to date with the day to day of the property.

  1. Special events

  2. Local discounts

  3. Property maintenance

  4. Property updates
