More Than Just Living.

How do you revitalize and reimagine the idea of modern urban living? Today, people are after more than just four walls and a place to hang their hat. They crave a space as unique as what surrounds it. They are after a life of accessibility, experience, and the opportunity to interact. They are thirsty for instant gratification, no matter what that may be. To live life at a moment's notice and to have something much grander at their doorstep.

Fountain Place is built to give tenants exactly that — a beacon bringing together like-minded individuals, designed to meet the wants and needs of the individual on a much deeper level.

Creative Direction, Strategy, Awareness Program

A Bright Campaign.

I designed a campaign that stands out from the expected residential-living tri-fold or transit-bench advertisement. Using a bright, dynamic color scheme as a visual nod to the property's energy, the campaign breaks through the visual noise most passersby would otherwise ignore. Unexpected blasts of color on the landscape, reinforced with bold, straightforward headlines, engage the reader — driving them to find out for themselves what the property actually offers.

Live As Art.

Fountain Place's location puts it at the epicenter of experience — retail, nightlife, restaurants, and culture. What sets it apart is the promise of "Live in Art," delivered to current and potential residents alike. The property sits adjacent to the thriving Dallas Arts District and Gallery Row, and dead center among the city's best museums — bringing that creative culture directly into the lives of the people who call it home.

Community Partnerships

Dallas Museums

Fountain Place sets in place partnerships with the surrounding museums to bring truly unique experiences to residents.

  1. Access to deals on memberships

  2. Access to early ticket sales and on-site special events

  3. Access to Fountain Place only events

Dallas Art Walk & Gallery Row

Fountain Place physically brings the art world to its doorstep, participating in the Third Thursday Art Walks as an active destination for community building and awareness — for both the property and the art community.

  1. Once a month, the main lobby becomes a month-long rotating exhibition space, curated with the help of a local gallery.

  2. Using the galleries' inventory, open model and show units become individual, unique spaces — smaller gallery spaces participating in the Art Walk experience until they're rented.

The Courtyard

During the summer months, the Fountain Place courtyard turns into an outdoor communal event space, bringing residential and commercial occupants together to interact and unwind — and inviting the outside community to participate too.

  1. Live Music

  2. Outdoor seating

  3. Experiential space for Art Walk and other exhibits

  4. Markets

  5. Community mixers

Awareness

I built a plan utilizing OOH, local media buys, and social platforms to drive awareness for Fountain Place and interest from the public — with social platforms as the primary channel to grow and better inform both current residents and the broader market of potential renters.

Outward-Facing Social

Outward-facing content is designed to attract new potential residents — unique, well-curated, on-brand subject matter that informs and entices the community.

  1. Video walk-throughs of available units

  2. Personal introductions and interviews with sales agents

  3. Current neighborhood offerings (retail, nightlife, restaurants, and culture)

  4. Future neighborhood offerings (what's coming)

  5. Community open events hosted on or by the property

  6. Together, this content pulls back the veil, making the property feel more personal to the viewer.

Showcasing the inner workings of the property helps the public understand the kind of community being built for current and future tenants.

Inward-Facing Social

Inward-facing content keeps current tenants informed of upcoming resident-only events, perks, and experiences, along with day-to-day updates on the property.
